This was my first time visiting Yard House, and unfortunately, it will most likely be my last. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The host informed us that we couldnβt sit at a table and had to sit at the bar. While we understood and accepted that, the service only got worse from there. When we sat at the bar, our server, Kelli, didnβt greet us or make us feel welcome. Instead, the first thing she said was that the kitchen would be closing in 30 minutes. She never gave us time to look over the menu, offered no recommendations, and showed no interest in providing good customer service. Throughout our visit, Kelli had an unprofessional and dismissive attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Hospitality begins with making guests feel welcome, and that was completely missing from this experience. I expected much better from Yard House. Great food canβt make up for poor customer service. I hope management addresses this issue because no guest should leave feeling as unwelcome and frustrated as we did

Yard House was a convenient place to eat while we stayed at the Westin. The place is very busy but the staff is super friendly. We did both dinner and lunch on separate days. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is solely from the dine-in expierence there was a bit too many fruit flies. Other than thay everything was great. I had the House Cheese steak solid 8/10. Just needs a bit more salt and pepper personally on the meat. Wife had the stacked turkey club and the cheese burger. She said both were delicious, but the turkey club was a bit messy to eat. Daughter had chicken tenders which she said were "yummy". She ate them all so must have been good. All in all 4.5/5 only losing a half point to the dine-in experience as I said.

Ive been wanting to try out Yard House for a long while and wanted the whole experience. It can definitely get pricey, but I wanted to try as much as I could and have a proper experience. Id definitely come back here for their happy hour. I was impressed with the ambiance of the restaurant and it was pretty lively, especially after happy hour. They have a great selection of beers, and was a happy camper with one of the local hazy IPAs. My girl got a fruity drink and it was pretty good; it was blended well and tasted great. The poke nachos were delicious. It had the right amount of garnish that really set the expectations for food. We decided on going for pastas for taste, but honestly thought it was okay. I wish we had more tableside seasoning to help make the meal. I got the lobster pasta, and thought the taste was okay. It definitely needed more flavor and I thought it was needing more of something. The lobsters quality was also not the best, despite it apparently being a best seller. My girlfriend got the chicken fettuccine and it was the typical taste of a chain restaurant-- which isnt to say it was bad, but it wasn't anything amazing either. The chicken tortilla soup tasted

I was skeptical coming here because its been years. The prices were just too high. This time I was pleasantly surprised. I had a family gathering and the prices were reasonable and selections were plenty. I'll definitely come back.

Hands down one of my fav happy hour spots! Decided to go to their late night happy hour after 10 PM. It seemed like it was packed inside, but we didnβt have a wait time at all. Server was friendly and attentive. I decided to try the Classic Sliders (8.5/10) the flavor was great, they were just a little on the dry side to me. Had to get some ranch for them. The Parmesan Truffle Fries (10/10) delicious. To drink I ordered the Sunset Sangria (9/10) I liked the taste overall. Lots of other items on the menu I still want to try that sounded delicious, so Iβll def be back again during happy hour. Good vibes and food here! My overall rate of experience : 9/10
